Luca Pandolfi was recently appointed tenure-track Associate Professor at UNIBAS, Potenza-IT. He works on large mammals (e.g., Hippopotamidae, Rhinocerotidae) from the Neogene and Quaternary of Eurasian and Africa, focusing on their morphology, morphometry, evolution, and phylogeny. He combines the classical palaeontological methods with new tools of investigations and new approaches in virtual environment.
